Kidstime Workshops provide a safe place where families can share ideas, talk about their feelings and help each other.
These workshops are made to be fun for you and your family member. They start with a short discussion about mental illness, followed by games and warm-up exercises. As there is a group of you taking part, you get to talk and also to listen to the experience of other young people and their families.
